To respect both your time and mine, please note that cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or failing to show up will result in a 100% charge of the service total. If your card declines any of these fees, you will be required to pay the full amount owed before rebooking. In addition, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your new appointment to ensure accountability and avoid further declined payments. Please note that arriving less than 10 minutes late may affect the quality and completion of your scheduled service, and the full service amount will still apply. Arrivals of more than 10 minutes late will require the appointment to be rescheduled, and the full service amount will be charged. These policies are not intended to be harsh, but rather to protect the time reserved for your appointment and the scheduling of all clients. Because appointments cancelled or changed on short notice often cannot be filled, your understanding and respect for this policy are greatly appreciated.
